Ardlinnhe Guest House is situated within easy walking distance from Fort William town centre, which is both an excellent touring base and an all year round holiday destination.

Fort William has a variety of shops and visitor attractions, with numerous hotels, bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. It has many outdoor activities to offer, including sailing, fishing, playing golf, horse riding, cycling, walking and climbing in some of Scotland's finest mountains, including Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain at 4406ft. In winter we are ideally located for all the ski slopes which are within easy driving distance.

If sport is not your thing, Fort William still has plenty to offer. There are numerous attractions to fill in many a leisurely hour, including the West Highland Museum. Take a trip on Loch Linnhe aboard the 'Souters Lass', stopping off to catch a glimpse of seals at the aptly named Seal Island. Alternatively, take a guided tour around the Ben Nevis Distillery.

Whether you are eager to particpate in outdoor activities, or if you simply want to have a relaxing holiday amongst the most beautiful countryside in the British Isles, the surrounding area has something to offer everybody.
